Summary
This study tests whether MRI scans can help doctors adjust radiation therapy for head and neck cancer patients to better protect healthy organs like salivary glands and the throat. About 35 adults with certain types of head and neck cancer will receive standard radiation plus an MRI-guided boost. The goal is to reduce side effects without compromising cancer control.
