First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study aims to make sure that pain assessment tools for infants (0 to under 2 years old) are easy to understand and cover all important signs of pain. About 60 caregivers and clinicians will be interviewed to check if the tools are clear and complete. The goal is to create reliable ways to measure acute pain in future clinical trials for pain medicines in young children.
