Can more playtime fix Kids' activity and sleep?
NCT ID NCT07411456
Summary
This study tests a 12-week school play program to see if it helps children in Bangladesh become more active, sit less, sleep better, and improve basic movement skills like running and jumping. It will involve about 343 healthy primary school children, comparing those who do the program with those who continue their usual school routine. The goal is to find a simple, fun way for schools to support children's healthy development.
