Summary
This study will test a 12-week school program designed to get children more active through guided and free play. It aims to see if the program helps kids move more, sit less, sleep better, and improve basic skills like running and jumping. The study will involve about 343 healthy primary school children in Bangladesh, comparing those who do the program to those who continue their usual school routine.
