NCT ID NCT07447401

First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether trying different ways of planning exercise (like trial-and-error) helps inactive older adults build lasting physical activity habits and improve memory and thinking. About 148 people aged 60+ who own a smartphone will wear a Fitbit for 9 months and do short brain games on their phone. The goal is to see which planning style works best for getting people moving and keeping their minds sharp.
