Summary
This study looks at whether trying different ways to plan physical activity helps inactive adults aged 60 and older become more active and improve their memory and thinking. Participants will wear a Fitbit for 9 months and complete short brain games on their phone. The goal is to see which planning method works best for building lasting exercise habits.
