Summary

This study looks at whether trying different exercise plans (trial-and-error) helps inactive older adults build better physical activity habits and improve memory and thinking. About 148 people aged 60+ who are not very active will wear Fitbits and do brain games on their phones for 9 months. The goal is to see which planning approach works best for sticking with exercise and boosting cognitive health.
