First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looked at whether watching exercise videos before doing the exercises helps older adults improve their thinking, balance, tiredness, and physical abilities. 162 people aged 65 and older took part. Some did regular exercises, some watched videos of the exercises first, and some did no structured exercise. The goal was to see if adding video observation to exercise gives extra benefits for healthy aging.
