First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 29, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study is looking at two substances in the blood, called Activin-A and FSTL3, to see if they can help predict how people with pulmonary hypertension will do over time. Researchers will follow 550 adults with different types of this condition to see if these markers are linked to the need for a lung transplant or death within two years. The goal is to better understand the disease and improve future care.
