Summary

This study looked at whether a type of talk therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help university students in Malaysia feel better. Thirty-two students with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or stress took part. Some received six weekly online ACT sessions, while others were placed on a waiting list. The goal was to see if ACT could reduce unhelpful thoughts and improve how they handle emotions.
