Summary

This study compares two topical gels—metronidazole and clindamycin—to treat moderate acne in adults aged 18 to 35. Sixty participants will apply the assigned gel twice daily for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which gel reduces acne severity more effectively, as measured by a standard acne scoring system.
