Acne showdown: which gel works better?

Summary

This study tests two different gels—metronidazole and clindamycin—to see which works better for moderate acne. About 60 adults aged 18 to 35 will apply the gel twice a day for 12 weeks. Doctors will check their acne at the start and after 4, 8, and 12 weeks to measure improvement.
