First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 20 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding psychological support to standard exercise rehab helps people aged 15-21 recover better after ACL reconstruction. Sixty participants will do the same exercises, but half will also get extra emotional support from specially trained physical therapists. The goal is to see if this boosts confidence and readiness to return to sports.
