Knee surgery upgrade: does a simple brace boost ACL recovery?

Summary
This study compares standard ACL reconstruction surgery to the same surgery with an added internal brace. The goal is to see if the brace helps the knee heal more stably. Researchers will measure knee looseness, function, and patient feedback over time. About 90 people aged 18 to 35 who need ACL surgery will take part.
