Summary
This study compares two common tendon grafts used in ACL reconstruction: the semitendinosus (hamstring) and the quadriceps tendon. Researchers want to see which one provides better knee stability and function after surgery. The trial will enroll 200 active adults who plan to return to sports after their injury.
