Summary
This study looked at 65 professional athletes who had ACL knee surgery. It compared two common graft types—one using the kneecap tendon and one using the hamstring tendon—to see which one helped athletes regain muscle strength and return to sports faster. Participants were followed for five years to track recovery and complications.
