Summary
This study tests a 10-session talking therapy designed to help people with recent-onset psychosis better understand and accept their medication. Researchers will compare medication adherence and attitudes toward treatment between those who receive the therapy plus usual care and those who receive usual care alone over 12 months. The goal is to improve long-term disease control by helping patients stick to their prescribed treatment.
