NCT ID NCT07554092
First seen Apr 30, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests if changing casts twice a week instead of once a week corrects club foot better in babies under 6 months old. Club foot is a common birth defect where the foot twists inward. The standard treatment uses weekly casts for several weeks, but frequent visits can be hard for families. The trial will compare X-ray results and side effects between the two schedules.
