Summary
This study tests a therapy called accelerated resolution therapy (ART) to help older adults who are caring for a family member with a life-limiting illness. The goal is to see if ART can reduce feelings of grief before and after the loss. The study will involve 440 participants and will also look at what makes the therapy work best.
