Summary
This phase 1/2 trial tests the drug acalabrutinib (Calquence) in 49 people with central nervous system lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. Participants take the tablet by mouth twice daily. The study aims to find the safest dose and see if the drug can shrink tumors or control the disease.
