Summary

This study tests a drug called acalabrutinib in 51 adults with moderate-to-severe chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), a complication after stem cell transplant. The goal is to see if it can control the disease when steroids have stopped working. Participants take the drug and are monitored for response and side effects.
