Summary
This study is testing a lower-cost, lab-made version of CAR-T cell therapy for adults with relapsed or refractory large B-cell lymphoma. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target and kill cancer cells. The goal is to see if this academic approach is safe and effective, while making the therapy more affordable and available.
