First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This early-phase trial tests a fluorescent dye called ABY-029 that makes cancer cells glow during surgery. About 24 adults with head and neck cancer will receive a tiny dose of the dye before their tumor is removed. The goal is to find the right dose for clear imaging and to check for side effects.
