First seen Nov 25, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests a new experimental drug (ABT-301) combined with two existing cancer treatments (tislelizumab and bevacizumab) in people with a specific type of advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior therapies. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose of ABT-301 and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. About 66 adults will take part across multiple centers.
