Summary

This early-phase study tests a new mRNA-based treatment (ABO2203) for people with autoimmune diseases that haven't responded to standard therapies. The treatment works by directing the body's immune cells to attack harmful immune cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose in 66 adults.
