First seen Mar 12, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study looks at how well ablation therapy (using heat or light to destroy abnormal cells) works for people with Barrett's esophagus, a condition that can lead to esophageal cancer. About 600 participants who have or qualify for this treatment will be followed to see if the abnormal cells come back. The goal is to control the disease and prevent it from turning into cancer.
