Summary
This study compares two pacing methods in 100 adults with atrial fibrillation and heart failure who need AV node ablation. The new method, HIS bundle pacing, aims to use the heart's natural electrical system to improve function and symptoms. Participants will be monitored for improvements in walking distance, daily activity, and quality of life over time.
