First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called ABBV-383 in 38 adults with Waldenström macroglobulinemia, a rare blood cancer that has come back or stopped responding to prior treatments. The drug is a monoclonal antibody designed to block cancer growth. The trial has two phases: first, finding the safest dose, then checking how well it shrinks tumors. This is not a cure, but aims to control the disease.
