Summary
This study compares a shorter, faster MRI scan to the standard ultrasound for detecting liver cancer in 820 adults with liver cirrhosis. Researchers will also check if blood markers can help spot cancer. The goal is to see if the abbreviated MRI is more accurate and cost-effective for routine screening.
