New hope for brain cancer? drug duo targets tough tumors

Summary

This early-stage study tests two immunotherapy drugs (domvanalimab and zimberelimab) in people whose glioblastoma has come back after initial treatment. The goal is to check safety and see how the drugs affect the tumor and immune system. About 46 participants will receive the drugs before surgery or as a safety check.
