Summary
This study tests a new drug called AB-106 in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (ROS1 fusion). The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and to check for side effects. About 173 adults will receive the drug and be monitored for response and safety.
