3D-Printed mesh aims to improve breast reconstruction after cancer surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new, custom 3D-printed mesh designed to support breast implants during reconstruction surgery right after a mastectomy. It aims to see if using this mesh improves the final look of the breast and the patient's quality of life, while also checking for safety. The study will enroll 25 women with breast cancer who choose to have immediate implant-based reconstruction after their mastectomy.
