First seen Mar 08, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study tests a new 3D-printed tool that measures how balanced the knee is during total knee replacement surgery. About 50 adults having their first knee replacement will take part. Surgeons will use the device alongside standard methods, but it will not change how the surgery is done. The goal is to see if the tool works well in a real operating room.
