Summary
This observational study will enroll 300 people with suspected lung lesions to see if 3D ultrasound can accurately measure the size and shape of these growths. Researchers will compare the ultrasound results to standard CT scans. The goal is to develop a simpler, radiation-free way to monitor lung disease over time.
