New scan could spot lung cancer more accurately

Summary
This study will test a new type of PET/CT scan called 18F-FAPI to see how well it can find lung cancer and predict patient outcomes. About 120 people with lung cancer will get this scan. The goal is to improve diagnosis and help doctors make better treatment decisions.
