New PET scan could solve the mystery of hidden cancers

Summary
This study will test a special type of PET scan (18F-FAPI PET/CT) in 120 people whose cancer started from an unknown location. The goal is to see if this scan can better find where the cancer began, help doctors choose the right treatment, and predict outcomes. Participants will receive the scan and be followed to see how well it works.
