This study tests a medicated foam (1% OPA-15406) for adults with atopic dermatitis (eczema). About 156 people with mild to moderate eczema will use the foam or a placebo for 4 weeks. The goal is to see if the foam can clear or nearly clear the skin better than the placebo.
