New drug SPG601 aims to boost brain function in fragile x patients

This study tests a new drug called SPG601 in adult men with Fragile X syndrome. The goal is to see if it can improve thinking and brain function. About 248 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. The study is not yet recruiting.
