Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called SPG601 in 248 adult men with Fragile X syndrome. The goal is to see if it can improve thinking, learning, and brain activity. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo, and neither they nor the researchers will know who gets what.
