Summary
This early-stage study tested whether a new drug called ZW171 was safe for people with advanced ovarian cancer, lung cancer, and other cancers that had spread. The trial enrolled 32 participants whose cancers had stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers measured side effects and early signs of whether the drug might help shrink tumors, but the study was terminated before completion.
