NCT ID NCT07550816

First seen May 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This early-stage study looks at how an experimental long-acting drug called ZT002 affects the way the body processes four common medicines (metformin, warfarin, rosuvastatin, and digoxin) in overweight and obese adults aged 18 to 45. About 60 healthy volunteers will take these medicines with and without ZT002 to see if there are any changes. The goal is to gather safety information, not to treat or cure obesity.
