New drug aims to stop dangerous nighttime blood sugar crashes

Summary
This study is testing an investigational drug called ZT-01 to see if it can reduce the number of times adults with type 1 diabetes experience low blood sugar at night. Participants will wear a continuous glucose monitor and inject either ZT-01 or a placebo before bed during two separate 4-week periods. The main goal is to see if ZT-01 is safe and lowers the rate of these potentially dangerous nighttime events.
