Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, zongertinib and fulvestrant, in people with advanced breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative but has a specific HER2 gene mutation. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors. About 25 adults will take part. The study is not yet recruiting.
