New eyelid lift technique tested against standard surgery
NCT ID NCT07250139
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study compares two ways to do upper eyelid surgery: the traditional method and a newer one using a hand-held clamp called Ziplyft. About 50 adults with droopy or extra eyelid skin will have one eye treated with each method, so doctors can directly compare bruising, healing time, and satisfaction. The goal is to see if the Ziplyft method is faster and causes less bruising.
