Summary
This study tested whether a special bone graft material (zinc-substituted nano-hydroxyapatite) combined with a concentrated blood clot block (advanced platelet-rich fibrin) could help repair bone damage caused by gum disease. Thirty adults with gum disease bone defects received the treatment, and researchers measured gum health, pocket depth, and bone levels. The goal was to see if this combination improves healing and bone regrowth better than standard treatments.
