New drug combo shows promise in halting advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (zimberelimab and domvanalimab) as a first treatment for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has high levels of a protein called PD-L1. The goal is to see if the combination can slow or stop cancer growth and improve survival. About 169 participants will receive the treatment, and researchers will monitor side effects and how well the cancer responds.
