First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study compared two ways of giving the drug zilucoplan under the skin: a standard prefilled syringe and a new auto-injector device. Fourteen healthy adults received a single dose of each method to see if the drug levels in the blood were similar. The goal was to check if the auto-injector works as well as the syringe, while also monitoring safety and any device issues.
