Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called ziltivekimab can reduce inflammation in the arteries of people with heart disease. Researchers will give the drug or a placebo to 40 patients for 20 weeks and use advanced scans and blood tests to see if it lowers inflammation. The goal is to understand how this drug might help control the underlying inflammation that contributes to heart disease.
