Summary

This study tests a drug called zigakibart in 32 adults with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. The goal is to see if it can slow disease progression by reducing harmful deposits in the kidneys. Participants will receive the drug and be monitored for changes in kidney function and side effects.
