Summary

This study tested whether a new self-help app called Zemedy is an acceptable and helpful tool for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). Researchers compared it to a different app focused on education and relaxation training. The goal was to see if using the Zemedy app could improve quality of life and reduce IBS symptoms over 8 weeks.
