Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental drug called zanzalintinib can help control recurrent meningioma brain tumors that have continued growing despite standard treatments like surgery and radiation. The trial will enroll 100 adults whose tumors have returned or progressed, measuring whether the drug shrinks tumors and how long it keeps the cancer from worsening. Researchers will also closely monitor side effects and quality of life during treatment.
